Pre-Production: Trailers Continued

The difference between a teaser and a full trailer is that a teaser only offers a small glimpse of the movie being advertised but a trailer will generally be longer. A teaser trailer is a shorter version of a theatrical trailer, which is intended to create the hype about the film and entice the audience about the upcoming movie. Wheras movie trailers are film advertisements, that will be shown in the future at a cinema.
